Is Alama a government body?
Alama is a private office that helps trademark owners. The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property is the official body that examines applications and issues certificates, and the final decision on accepting a mark is theirs.
Qiyad Office is owned and managed by lawyer Hamad Hamoud Misfer Al-Khathami, who runs Alama with his team.
